Carpet Court refurbishment
Carpet Court Blenheim Road, Riccarton, Christchurch
A full showroom refurbishment and fitout was performed to the Carpet Court showroom in Riccarton.
The project started with the demolition of the existing partitions, sections of the suspended ceilings & flooring.
For the new layout, we installed new partitions, suspended ceilings, HVAC & electrical upgrades. To finish we completed a new kitchen area for the staff and did a full repaint of the space.
Hotel room upgrade
Peppers Bluewater Resort, Lake Tekapo
Emerald Construction completed a full interior demolition and refurbishment of 48 hotel rooms within the Peppers Bluewater resort.
The project included stripping out the existing kitchenettes and installing new high-end cabinetry.
We also completed a full upgrade of the electrical & data items. The final stages included installing wallpaper with a timber border trim and a full repaint of the rooms. This seamless project was executed over 3 weeks, with 16rooms completed every 5 days.
