Hachi Hachi (BNZ Centre), Five Lanes Shopping Centre
Emerald Construction completed internal repairs to the Hachi Hachi restaurant along with a refresh of the existing space within the BNZ Centre facility. The scope of works was to replace GIB board linings, stopping and a full repaint to give the space a more appealing look.
As these works were completed after hours, the Emerald Construction team had to ensure the space was suitable for customer use each day.
Toilet refurbishment
Upper Riccarton Mall
Emerald was engaged by the client to undertake the design, consent exemption & refurbishment of the toilet block at 394 Riccarton Road.
We started with a full controlled demolition of the internal partitions, floor coverings, existing toilets & electrical items was completed, with the tenancy still in use. A new plumbing layout was completed according to the new design & specifications. We supplied and installed the fully functional toilet block, with new sinks, toilets, extractor fans, hand driers and new commercial grade vinyl flooring.
